Today's session

So today went quite well with painting I started on some more gladiators getting the armour done and most of the white skin on half the models. The other half will be black skin

Also picked up an inquisitor model that I've had undercoated for quite some time now.

Very happy with the armour and tank parts. The red is a inktense layer from scale 75. Its had 2 coats already. Leaving it over night to dry and go over it again as its looking more pink than red right now. This was over a black and white undercoat.

Also started on some scribes to accompany the inquisitor. Only did the weapons and armour today.

I first got into the miniature collecting in 1999: picking up a chaos space marine biker from Games Workshop and the hobby has been a huge part of my life ever since. I love playing miniature games but I’ve always been a more avid painter and over 20 years later my passion still burns stronger than ever. I’m always looking to better my painting, modelling and converting ability. If I’m not painting models or playing games, I’m watching tutorials to vary my techniques and broaden my knowledge. I am trying to enter more competitions since picking up a handful of finalist places in Golden Demon competitions over the years and finally get my hands on one of those coveted trophies. In the summer of 2017 I decided to turn my hobby into a profession and in March of 2018 a small group of artists like myself launched Stormbringer Art.
